Managing and Supporting Employees Pursuing Adoption

Family formation through adoption, for all of its rewards, can also be a time-consuming and emotionally draining process. Robust adoption benefits go far toward mitigating these challenges, but individuals seeking to adopt may still need additional support and flexibility from their employers. In this webinar, NCFA offers a training process for managers and human resource professionals on strategies for best supporting and retaining employees, before, during, and after the adoption process.
